Newmanor has on board qualified and experienced town planners, engineers, project managers and qualified and experienced property agents enabling the company to perform a broad range of tasks pertitent to developments and approvals.

Newmanor is also a licenced Real Estate Agent in Queensland and is available to you for friendly advice on buying or selling a home or other property. The Real Estate arm trades under the name of Newmanor Realty of which Rick Szelpuk is the Principal.
